Medical laboratory technology is a field of study that uses clinical laboratory tests to prevent, identify, and treat a variety of diseases. Analysing bodily fluids is part of this. Making slides of human tissues and other specimens using lab equipment is how medical laboratory technologists perform analyses. These professionals also perform blood tests and blood typing. To assist other healthcare professionals in identifying, diagnosing, and treating diseases in patients, they perform difficult procedures and tests as part of their job. Medical laboratory technology students gain knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, clinical haematology, immunology, serology, and the management of biomedical waste.

ELIGIBILITY :

Pass in PUC or 10 + 2 with PCB.

Lateral entry :

Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from the Paramedical Board of the respective state government.
